The order of medicines becomes electronic in the drugstore, after the application calculates the needs for each nursing department.
• In the frame of Administrative Suite (MOS hospital management):
  • Pharmacy receives electronic orders from all departments and simultaneous controls his available reserves in the deposit. At the same time, pharmacy regulates all transactions with the exterior suppliers.
  • The Triage feeds automatically the waiting lists of Outpatient departments.
  • The Registration Office can easily arrange Patient admissions, as it has real time information of available beds per department and room class.
  • The Secretariat regulates the appointments of Outpatients through electronic timetable.
  • The Patient Accounting department knows at any time all the services the patient has received (hospitalisation, medicines, examinations) and the corresponding debits are calculated automatically. Billing and Invoicing becomes easy.
